Through the years, the goals and purposes of the Austin Council on Adoptable Children (COAC) have adapted to meet the needs of its membership. We have been here for families in crisis. We have been here to celebrate victories. We have been here to offer shoulders to cry on. And we are here for you. Come and share your challenges and parenting joys.
